After a decade of work at Tommy Hilfiger USA, Inc Andy started his own company called Sweet Face Fashion where Andy played a major role in launching the JLO by Jennifer Lopez brand.

Andy eventually helped to build the company to gross $250 million in sales and launched the fragrance Glow by JLO. After 5 years as President of Sweet Face Andy left to return to Tommy Hilfiger USA, Inc. where he was in charge of Entertainment and Events as well as celebrity styling.

Andy HIlfiger is now a partner in Star Branding, a company that specializes in branding and licensing celebrity names for fashion, fragrance, and retail opportunities.
